Cubellis created new offices for the Related Company in a building with little or no infrastructure within a schedule allowing only 15 weeks from design to move in. Work was done with a large team of consultants to achieve the design and construction deadlines. Different ceiling heights were utilized to achieve an airy open feel. In addition, we designed an open and flexible office that maximized daylight to all of the occupants.
