This project consolidates three buildings in Allendale, NJ and six buildings in Rutherford, NJ onto a single site.
Phase One consisted of the introduction of a second floor and mezzanines which grew the existing structure from 163,000 SF to 243,000 SF. Phase Two was a 220,000 SF addition that includes the main entrance, reception, fitness, kitchen & cafeteria, employee services, training rooms, a state of the art surgical suite, offices for the business units.
