This 3150 square meter structure within the Bawadi area of “Dubailand” – an ambitious tourism project containing theme parks, hotels, and shopping facilities - consists of two main areas: the sales area, which will contain development models and offices, and a mock up area, where rooms of housing types will be constructed for viewing. In addition, there will be a cinema, café, and restroom facilities. The Sales Centre itself has been designed to blend into its immediate surroundings, the development being oasis-like with rolling landscapes and water features throughout. The structure exhibits traditional Arabic architecture with a decorative façade.
