Built in a 33,635 sq. ft. lot, the 8,777 sq. ft. house includes: 7 bedrooms, gymnasium, 2 space garage, swimming pool and dock over the water edge.
The layout of the house had to be adapted to this orthodox Jewish family. The house has two kitchen areas, the main one has almost all the appliances duplicated to divide the meat and dairy products and there is a second little kitchen to be used only for Passover.
