Cubellis provided architectural and structural engineering services for the design of this 4,000 SF, 3 ½-story waterfront home.
This home includes a full basement, and a handicapped accessible first floor, second floor and partial third floor. Cubellis designed spaces within the house that have multiple functions, including an office perched on the third level that also serves as an overflow guest bedroom; a secret stairway providing access to the loft above the Billiards Room; and window seats that serve as storage space. The wrap around decks on the first and second level provide extensions of the living spaces and were designed as places to rest and enjoy each other’s company and the view. The water welcomes you as you open the front door of this house; a key design element requested by the Owner.
