The custom single family residence for a New York importer/exporter and his family sits on 3 sloping acres in wooded Alpine, New Jersey.
The house consists of nearly 11,000 SF of finished living space, plus a 2,000 SF glass-enclosed swimming pool facility. The exterior materials are local stone and brick as selected by the owner. This house was designed using plan arrangements and openings as recommended by the principles of “Feng Shui” as a program requirement for the owners.
