The purpose of this design is to impart a custom-home feel in a production home. The 9.361 SF house boasts a host of features usually reserved for custom residences, including a private family entrance with a fully-appointed home center, both attached and detached garages, and room-sized walk-in closets. Originally conceived for two-acre lots in Virginia hunt country, this home is intended for an “ex-urban” environment of a manor home in the countryside.
