Cubellis’ charge was to create a village scheme with striking architecture to avoid a monolithic look. The neighborhood has been designed with courtyards and amenities including a 5,000 SF two level clubhouse and pool. Care was taken to address concerns of existing neighbors and a boulevard entrance was incorporated to provide a strong sense of arrival. The 4 story building is comprised of 225 units located on 3.65 acres.
