The project is a 4-unit condominium building in the heart of Olde Naples. Situated on a 19,800 SF lot, each 3,500 SF unit includes a 2-car garage, private pool / garden area and 3-4 bedrooms. Working with a 2-member development partnership our office provided full architectural services beginning with site planning and programming and ending with administration of the construction contract. Individual units were priced in the range of $2,800,000.
