These four-story, wood-frame structures consist of 890 Manhattan-style lofts. The residential units stretch across two urban city blocks and reside over a podium parking structure. Half of the units are for sale, while the other half are for rent. All are equipped with clubhouses and swimming pools, as well as a 25,000 SF retail component. The buildings were situated to afford views of the river and offer urban, pedestrian friendly courtyards and plazas.
