Ramapo-Indian Hills Regional High School District, which operates two schools in Bergen County, selected Cubellis, to add a science classroom, multi-purpose space, renovate exist¬ing space, and improve infrastructure and technology at both schools. At Ramapo High School the voters approved a referendum of $21 million dollars. The program included a two-story, 51,400-sq. ft. science, math and art classroom addition, a 1,450-sq. ft. greenhouse addition and a 14,900-sq. ft. gymnasium and fitness addition.
