Cubellis renovated this existing five story factory building adjacent to a Franklin Towne Charter school to provide expansion space. This new space includes a 300 seat audito¬rium, a black box theater, science labs, general classrooms and administrative spaces. Within the design an emphasis was placed on day-lighting and maintaining the contex¬tual character of the existing building.
