Cubellis provided design services for the renovation of this 1920s hotel in downtown Chicago. The updating of this 16-story, 175-room hotel included complete remodeling of the ground floor to provide an ADA accessible entrance, the relocation and reorientation of the lobby, and a new lounge and dining area to replace an outdated diner-style restaurant.
