Cubellis in association with RDG Sports, designed a new sports and recreational facility at Montclair State University. The 75,000 SF facility includes a competition size swimming pool, 2 gymnasiums, racquetball courts, aerobics area, fitness center, and a Juice Bar. MSU has mandated that the new student recreation center officially achieve a minimum LEED Certified rating.
