Cubellis is currently in the conceptual design phase of this proposed mixed-use residential, retail, and office development.
The development will be located on a 31-acre parcel just south of Sarasota, FL on US41. The development will consist of approximately 125,000 SF of retail, 100,000 SF of office, and 50,000 SF of office/medical. An additional 175,000 SF is estimated to be approximately 70 units of residential on the 18.27 acre northeast portion of the site. On the bayside parcel consisting of approximately 13.04 acres, there will be a mid-rise, 152 unit luxury condominium building.
