This retail center is the foundation of the Florida Panhandle’s center of new urbanism, encompassing the communities of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 56–acre project includes 420,000 square feet of retail with 200,000 square feet of office-over-retail. The generous use of natural stone, brick pavers, roof tiles and slate underscores the architecture and spectacular “pop–up” plaza fountains.
