The design concept for this highly specialized hybrid project for a five-star luxury club features a wellness centre and spa facility located on the beach. Developed by the Dubai office of Cubellis Costa International, the concept is intended to mediate between the need for the structure to remain both highly recognizable, while permitting it to blend perfectly into both the landscape and the seascape. The aesthetic of the building is contemporary and makes use of minimal forms. Some key attributes include a "green" landscaped roof and the utilization of water throughout including pools which play upon the structure's proximity to the beach.
