Steven Devine is a Principal and Director of Structural Engineering in Cubellis’ Philadelphia office. With 20 years of experience, he has designed and coordinated a variety of projects ranging from commercial to industrial structures, and coordinated interdisciplinary technologies with other engineers and architects. In his previous experience as a structural department manager, Steven was directly responsible for $1.1 million dollars of department sales growth during his 3 year tenure. Steven’s experienced in establishing fee structures in a very competitive industry and enables him to work closely with clients to stay within tight budget constraints. He is also experienced in lecturer, teacher and researcher. Steven earned his Master of Engineering Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree (both with concentration in Civil Engineering) from Pennsylvania State University and has taken graduate course work at California State University.
