Joseph Siegel is Principal, Workplace Solutions at Cubellis’ Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office. He was a driving force behind Design Collaborative Incorporated (DCI) which merged with Cubellis in 2008 after providing architecture and planning services for over 27 years in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut Tri-State area. With more than 40 years of project experience involving over 20 million square feet of commercial space and buildings valued at more than $750 million in construction costs, Joe has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from conceptualization through construction drawings to final tenant occupancy. He specializes in the design of new facilities, interior design and fit-out, rehabilitation and conversion of existing buildings, planning and feasibility studies, programming, operational analysis and project management. Joe is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Design and Construction and Pratt Institute.
