Bruce Greenfield is Principal, Retail in Cubellis’ Orange County Office. Bruce draws on 24 years of architectural experience in large scale hospitality, residential, retail, commercial office and mixed use projects. Prior to cubellis, Bruce served ten years as Managing Director for two regional offices, leading high performing teams serving a variety of clients. Bruce’s teams are relentless in the pursuit of elegant solutions that maximize client value and provide award winning design through well coordinated and logical documents. Bruce is an NCARB certified Architect licensed in six states and holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson. He is professionally affiliated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Building Officials, American Resort Development Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
