Principals and Associates, Outward Bound Program 2008
Over 100 principals and associates gathered to participate in the 3rd annual Outward Bound Program held at the Sea Crest Resort in Falmouth, MA, on Friday, July 25th. With participants representing every Cubellis office, nationally and internationally, teams focused on building trust and perfecting teamwork as they collaborated to complete the tasks at hand.
As part of the days activities, challenges gradually moved from individual group activities to entire team projects; emphasizing the need for teams to work together as a whole- one unit, one company.
About the program: Thompson Island Outward Bound is a not-for-profit organization whose primary purpose is to provide adventurous and challenging experiential learning programs that inspire character development, compassion, community service, environmental responsibility and academic achievement. Our organization principally serves early adolescents from all economic and social communities of greater metropolitan Boston, and the institutions and adults who support them.
