Cubellis is committed to and understands the value of professional growth and development through continuing education. It is the goal of Cubellis University to create a culture of learning and facilitate collective and individual growth. The Cubellis University program includes:
- Regular education sessions: Bi-weekly, one-hour education sessions in each Cubellis office during business hours.
- Extensive curriculum: Cubellis University curricula is designed to meet both company and individual objectives and include Leadership, Project Management, related Technical Topics (such as sustainability and building envelope), Design, Construction Administration, Communications, CAD, Software and Information Technology, and Cubellis Business Practices. Within the curricula, multiple courses are provided to address specific topics.
- Career mentoring and growth: Cubellis University supports an in-house mentoring program to aid individuals reaching career growth objectives and achieving professional registrations and certifications.
- Professional growth planning and tracking: As part of mentoring and growth, Cubellis University provides an option for individuals to create and maintain a Personal Professional Development Plan. The intent is to plan and track growth and development within the firm. Personal planning includes among other things identifying education and experience requirements for growth and development.
- Seminar funds: Funds are available for participation in related out-of-house seminars, workshops, and courses that meet approval guidelines and criteria.
- Tuition assistance: Cubellis supports individuals pursuing professional related degrees with tuition assistance. Prior approval required.
Cubellis University is currently working to develop and implement curricula and courses in various technology-based formats that include web tutorials and programs, as well as compact disc (CD), digital video disc (DVD), and MP-3 formats. We want the culture of learning and growth to be an easily accessible, integral part of the Cubellis community.
