SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

An employee is eligible for these benefits providing he or she is a permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) employee. Employees that work fewer than 40 hours per week are considered part-time and are not eligible for the standard employee benefits package. Also, please note that modifications to benefits listed on offer letters supersede those listed below.

Description Health and Dental Insurance:

• Employee coverage is available on start date
• Domestic partner coverage is available
Single Plan: 82% of premium paid by Cubellis
Family Plan: 66% of premium paid by Cubellis

Life & Short-term/Long-term Disability:
• Employee coverage is available on start date
• 75% of premium paid by Cubellis

Travel Insurance:
• Coverage available on start date
• 100% of premium paid by Cubellis

401K Plan:
(Fidelity Investments)
• Eligible after 3 months of employment
• Employer matching program
• 4-Year vesting schedule

Flexible Spending Account
(FSA) Program
• Eligible after 6 months of employment
• Use of pre-tax income for medical and/or dependent care expenses
• FlexDirect FSA Visa card is available

Holidays:
• 8.5 paid holidays per year.

Personal Time:
• 3.5 paid personal days per year.

Vacation:  (accrues weekly)
• 2 weeks vacation at year 1 of service
• After 5 years, employees are eligible for 1 additional week of vacation
• And after 10 years, employees are eligible for 1 more week of vacation

Sick Days:
• 5 sick days per year.

Summer Hours:
• During the summer, each employee has the option to choose whether or not he/she wishes to participate in summer hours. Monday through Thursday 7:30 – 5:30; Friday 8:00 – 12:00

Profit Sharing Program:
• Disbursements will generally be made approximately every three (3) months at the sole discretion of management; however, this is subject to change.

Referral Program:
• Cubellis offers a cash reward to current employees who recruit new employees.
 
$500.00 for Entry-Level Corporate Support Staff

$1000.00 for Mid-Level Corporate Support Staff
Entry to Mid-Level Architectural Staff, Interior
Designers, Engineers, and Surveyors

$1500.00 All Senior Level Staff (disciplines & corporate)
Ex: Principals, Associates, Project Managers, Sr.
Interior Designers, Sr. Engineers, Project
Architects, Survey Party Chief

Commissions Program:
• If an employee brings in a new client, he/she will receive 2½% of the collected fees for the first 12 months of that particular client relationship.
• If an employee retains the same client after 12 months, he/she will receive 1½% of collected receipts for continued work.

Continuing Education Funds:
• Funds are available for seminars, workshops or courses related to our professions. Prior approval required from Principal.

Professional License & Membership Dues:
• Professional license renewals and membership dues are paid by the firm. Prior approval required from Principal.

Prof. Exams & Tuition Reimbursement Plan:
• Cubellis will reimburse eligible employees 75% of professional exam costs and/or annual school tuition up to a total annual maximum of $5,250 (please note that this limit is a combined cap for both the Professional Exam Reimbursement Plan and the Tuition Reimbursement Plan). Prior approval required from Principal.

Health Club Plan:
• Cubellis will pay 75% of monthly gym membership dues with a maximum of $75 per month.

Public Transit Pass Program:
• Cubellis will pay 50% of public transit pass cost with a maximum of $100 per month.
